Consulting
Endo has served as an expert consultant for multiple advisory boards, colleges/universities, corporate partners, non-profit organizations, PK-12 schools, etc. Popular services include assessment planning, crisis leadership (and risk management), curriculum mapping/revisions, HR policies, preparing for successful accreditation reviews, program reviews (as an external evaluator), strategic planning, and much more.
Endo also regularly provides professional development services. Recent topics include: effective HR and mentoring practices for diverse faculty, staff, and students; equity-conscious assessment practices; leadership and organizational development; teaching Ethnic Studies across PK-20 grade levels and subject matters; and much more.
Coaching
Endo offers both 1:1 and team-based coaching for educators, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Most of her current clients are educators and leaders who are Asian/Americans, People of Color, Women of Color, and White women, although she supports professionals of all backgrounds who are seeking to make a positive impact. Most coaching sessions are offered remotely, although she will consider other modalities.
Endo is in high demand as a coach because she holds academic training, credentials, and years of successful experience in equity-conscious HR/talent management and high-impact coaching.
