Rachel Endo, PhD/SPHR, is an award-winning Asian/American educator, leader, and scholar who specializes in equity-conscious approaches to: (a) leadership and organizational development, and (b) learning and teaching.
Rachel Endo (PhD, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign) is an award-winning Asian/American educator, leader, and scholar. She is inter/nationally known for her robust track record advancing equity and excellence in education. Endo holds x > 20 years of equity-conscious, innovative, and successful leadership experience in higher education, including as a multi-term academic dean, department chair, and program director.
Endo’s specialty service areas include culturally sustainable and equity-conscious approaches to designing, implementing, and assessing: curricular, instructional, and policy frameworks and practices; mentoring-partnership initiatives, especially those that support diverse faculty, staff, and students; and program evaluation, including for accreditation reviews.
Moreover, Endo has supported individuals and organizations with assessing, launching, or revising equity-conscious initiatives and programs focused on leadership and organizational development. She also is regularly invited by colleges/universities, PK-12 school districts, and other corporate and non-profit organizations to offer professional development to their employees and other stakeholders in a range of areas connected to her areas of expertise.
